UV/ozone curing of Passivation layer

LG introduced Faceseal technology for improving the life of OLED screens. I was curious if they are using UV/ozone curing or UV curing on polymer (epoxy resin) layer used for passivation.This layer is used for reducing the penetration of vapours and oxygen. Or they are doing it in a different way?

@helpstar I have checked this but wasn't able to find out any thing related to UV/ozone curing of layers.Do you have any other information?

Well, the passivation doesn´t look like it´s UV/ozone curing.
"Face Seal (developed by LG themselves) is a multi-layered organic and in-organic film"
