ik v sync caps ur fps, but be better if I kept it on or off? My fps is always above 120 in mc (I have a 144 monitor but my cable is trash so it can't display more than that) would it look better if I kept v-sync on or off?

You would get rid of tearing with V-sync.

Yes V-sync gets rid of screen tearing.
But it also causes input lag,so its not recommended if you are a competitive gamer,but if you want looks in AAA games,you can turn it on.
