So just 4 days back i accidently formatted my Data Partition which contained all of my stuff(Games, software, etc.) and i used Data Rescue pc3 to recover them and after recovering my games had their data files converted to .v1 , .v2 , .v3 , etc. So i just wanted to know if i can fix this

Solution

Open the first tar file, it should extract, although if the file restore was not successful fully it will not finish. A multi-part compressed file contains the info about the other parts it needs to extract the full file or directory.
That looks to be there because the recovery software either found files with the same name, or was confused about the correct name and added the version number at the end to separate them. You need to know what those files were, if they are named correctly to find out if they are actually duplicates or different files that could not be restored 100%. All they are are tar files with a version number added to the end.
