Solution
I have fix it. I dont know why because i do exactly this 4 or 5 times a few hours before and there wont work. But now i am happy. I have my laptop back !

Remove the battery, power plug and connected devices from the laptop Connect the USB stick with the * .fd files to a USB port
Press the [FN] + [ESC] button and hold the power button for about 3-5 seconds.
I have an activity of the hard drive shown and the fan has risen to maximum performance. After that, the laptop has rebooted and is running since then.

I did not made the USB stick not bootable.
My internal keyboard work - strg alt entf working.
I can not access the bios and there is no postscreen ! If i plug usbstick and press fn esc then usbstick lights up but then switches to pxe mod .
I cannot leave the pxe mod but if press strg alt entf then restarts.
If i press f2 the Computer freeze
I disassemble to remove batterie for more as 1 hour + no Akku + no AC then i power on with the cmosrest switch but the bios dont set the default settings
