V9950 : anyway to control FAN ?

Hello all,
I have a V9950 Ultra and I was wondering if it was possible to manualy control the fan. Everytime temperature exceeds 68° it makes ALOT of noise.
Anyone know a possible solution ?

its supposed to get that loud. it has to spin faster to keep the heat down. i double dare you to slow the fan down hehehe
