vaio laoptop not working without charger

I am using sony vaio laptop for 2 years, from last one year it doesn't work if charger is not connected to it. it shows battery status as excellent with green light but there seems some issue of connection between battery and laptop.

Try removing the battery and cleaning the contacts on the battery and in the laptop. When you reinstall battery make sure it's firmly seated. You can also try wiggling it a bit to see if that makes the connection. Otherwise, you can try a new or different battery. If none of that works, you've probably got a loose connection somewhere in the case.
