Hello,
when i rebooted my computer it changed from windows vista to XP is there any way i can change it back without buying a cd?

That just doesn't happen. An Operating System can't install itself out of thin air without any user intervention.

It did not change by itself i used a rebooting cd, that was loaned to me because my computer had loads of viruses
