hello,

while playing i see cup usage get 100%, on different reviews the i5-9400 performance still good with 2018-2020 games.
i think my motherboard ASUS PRIME H310M-A R2.0 has limited the CPU but how can i confirm that?
also need advice when game slow should i less resolution from 2k to 1080 or less quality from ultra to high. what is recommended?

below screen of nfs heat and graphic settings

full sys specs:
CPU:i5-9400f
Motherboard Model: ASUS PRIME H310M-A R2.0
GPU: Nvidia 1650 Super 4GB
Mem: 16GB
roslution:2K

Is that 16GB RAM, one or two DIMMs ?
But with 2K resolution, your 1650 may be the limiting factor.

it's one piece memory 16GB
i know it not possible for high games but in the screenshot u can see the cpu is 100% usage and this not good feedback for cpu performance also correct?

for the gpu 1650 you're right i'm not expect very high performance and sometime low quality if the game less than 30FPS but will upgrade soon no issue

That single DIMM will hurt your CPU performance. Your CPU only has 1/2 the memory bandwidth it was designed to have. That is your CPU limiting factor.

Your board and your ram config is holding your CPU back. That single channel ram is killing bandwidth, and that motherboard is limiting your ram speed. Problem is that you need a Z370 or Z390 board for faster ram support, and given how they are no longer in production you are limited to used market.
