Question Valorant detecting wrong monitor

Hi, I recently got a Gigabyte Aorus FI32Q-X 1440p 270hz monitor. When opening Valorant I realised my screen goes black for a second and it says "display port 3840x2160" for a few seconds over the game. When I alt tab it goes black again and it says "Display port 2560x1440" returning to the native resolution.
The problem is that when it changes to this, even though it's set 1440p 270 hz in the graphics settings, it's only 144hz. Whenever I go windowed only then I can tell it's 270hz instead of 144hz when it's in fullscreen. Also, I'm not sure why it says GBT3207 (3840x2160 16:9) as my monitor in the graphics settings tab.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just got this monitor and having the same issue with Valorant. Have you found a solution to this? I have an RTX 3080 fwiw
Someone else with this monitor is also having this issue, maybe gotta wait for a driver update. Until then I'll play at full screen windowed so I use the full 270hz. I contacted Gigabyte support and will see what they say.
