Question Valorant doesn't run fast enough. Help.

I am not aware of a way to OC the A8 you have on hand. This is a CPU that wasn't particularly strong when released and certainly hasn't aged out well.

What are you trying to do with it that you feel an overclock is desirable?

I am trying to run valorant at atleast a steady 60 fps, i can get upto 40- 45 at the moment
My tempreture is at 50 degrees C so i know there shouldnt be any issues have i oc it

I didn't note your having a graphics card. Isn't the R7 listed in the above link just the integrated graphics?

If my hunch is correct, you could try a discrete graphics card if your build has room. Other details seem to indicate this may be a Lenovo prebuilt?

These chips also benefitted from really fast RAM, but that may be limited by the motherboard. Considering the age of the system I would not spend anything towards trying to improve it rather than putting towards even a more powerful used system.

Do you have any manner of budget for upgrading?
Do you have the specific model information of the PC you are asking about?
