[SOLVED] Valorant FPS

I began playing the new valorant game today upon its public launch. I played fine with no errors. However, I change like one graphic setting and it went downhill. If I go fullscreen, I get severe input lag and 15 FPS. With windowed fullscreen I get 30 FPS. I can only play in windowed which isn't terrible but obviously not preferred. Any help? I cant even find how to revert settings.

go back to low settings and move up from there to see what the problem is.
game is in beta so problems should be expected
