Question valorant frames

hi my specs are
i5-3570
gtx 1060 3gb evga
8gb ddr3 1333mhz
ssd

my monitor is 75hz but in valorant (doesnt seem to be graphically demanding) is dropping below 75 sometimes?? im on medium settings..

is my pc the problem? it only happens in some areas

maybe ur ram since ur ram is really slow especially for ur other specs

do you think upping it to 16gb drr3 1333mhz would do anything?

/e it might just be valorant it's self? I read their were lots of people having issues as of late but some arent at all.
