Value motherboard or a bad idea?

I like the ~50$ price point, I will be using this with an i3; I also will be putting a network card on it.

Good choice of motherboard for the price. That board will hold both graphics card and a network card.

I'd save up $16 (over budget cost) more and get this one instead -
