Value of my used (2015) parts?

Going to be selling after I upgrade and I'm trying to determine a fair value for what I have so that I don't leave money on the table. Does $200 US for what I've listed below seem fair? Keeping in mind I don't want to wait months so I could go lower if this seems a bit high?

*i5 4690k
*Asus Z97-A
*Corsair Vengeance 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
*Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

In theory, it's a decent price - but the landscape has changed in the last few years, and a 4690K is not as desirable as it once was.

Personally, I'd ask $200 and take the first $150 offer that came my way.
Depends on your local area, supply & demand etc - maybe $200 will be achievable.... Or on the other hand, maybe there's nobody local who want's to pay more than say $100.
