Value of Tal's ammy

I'm curious...having found all the other pieces of Tal's set, how much
will it cost me to trade for the amulet? Not that it will vary that
much, but this is on USEast HC Ladder...I'm thinking and Ist rune, but
does it generally go for that trade value, or is it more expensive than
an Ist? I'm trying to collect everything else I have (Jalal's,
Homonculus, skill charms) to see if I have enough to trade for one.
