Was on vacation and ran into a few pins, which of course i called on.
The pin was a whitewater with a diamond plated pf, wear spot on the
scoop hole, ramps were so so and the boulder garden was a mess.
cabinet, lower was perfect, head had the top piece of wood replaced. It
had the topper,

I had a conversation with the op of the place it was at, she had said
they just spent a bunch of cash to fix it and another up, which was
also not 100% but working.

What would be a fair offer on this pin. TIA

I paid 1K for one in slightly better shape about 16 months ago. The
only broken ramp was the whirlpool and those are readily available. If
you can do flame polishing, those ramps will look stunning! The game is
really gorgeous with all the ramps water-clear.

All White Waters have DP playfields

I'd guess 1k-1200 is fair.
