Vanguard B85 compatability

Hey there,

I have a:
CPU: i5-4460 3.20GHz
Motherboard: Vanguard B85
GPU: GTX 750 ti

I want to buy the SSD M.2 Samsung 970 evo 250gb, can u tell me if it's compatible whit my pc?

Motherboard uses Intel Series 8 Chipset (B85). Asus did not offer BIOS support for NVMe storage until Series 9 Chipset - (Z97).

No M.2 connector on motherboard.

A modified third party BIOS or software such as Clover would be needed to allow booting from NVMe storage.
