The Matebook D launched in December '17..... long (relatively speaking) before the reports surfaced of the slower MX150's.

That being said, there's no way to know what you'll get. The MX150 could be a bait & switch, with the clocks reducing since reviews etc - they wouldn't be doing any false advertising (IMO) as they don't (nor do others) really delve into the specs of the "MX150" they're advertising.
