Various BSOD & programs crashing win7

Hi community!

As you can see at attached printscreen, i have been experiencing too many BSOD during short time and also my applications are crashing often ... games like League of Legends, hearthstone but chrome internet browser too!

I am desperate. Could you give me some troubleshooting guide for this?
First thing i am going to do is clean installation of W7 to eliminate software problems.

Slav3k here again.
So i have reinstalled my windows 7 and during installation of program (BSPlayer) i ahve experienced BSOD again (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL).

So probably it is not fault of software...
What next? What should i check next?
