Hi all
I'm not to sure where to post this or even how to properly describe this issue i bought this custom pre build and everything was working ok for nearly a year then i started hearing the USB connect sound which I'm pretty sure will forever haunt me now.
Originally i thought it was an issue with icue and armoury crate and then hwinfo64 as while the disconnects where happening the CPU block leds turned red after a few restarts it came back i read many many post form different forums and tried the many fixes uninstalling programs, checking the turn off device, c-state ect still the same outcome.
I finally gave up and contacted tech support from who i bought it from i wanted them to remote log in to have a look around maybe it was something simple but they said from what i told them i would to have send it back so i left videos of it happening in real time, pics of usb log view ect long story short they said they couldn't find any USB problems but they replaced the CPU i think they said they found a fault and returned it and they updated the BIOS.
February of this year it started again this time i thought maybe its not icue and that led me to the motherboard ASUS ROG strix z690-f DDR5, i have read so many post it makes me depressed, while the majority of the time the main disconnect is the commander core xt, there has been disconnects sometimes its headset USB sometimes its the USB game controller and its not always under load as sometimes its straight away after i start the PC, again i have contacted them and asked if they could remote log in to have a look about to see it happening but they want it returned i said that they wont be able to recreate the issue as they could not do it the last time
i feel that they will eventually just replace the mobo but reading again various posts that doesn't seem to solve the problem
also feeling totally lost as it doesn't appear to be an asus exclusive problem either
Have no idea where i'm going with this post to be honest feel totally lost, i did come across a program USB tree viewer the USB port that the commander core is plugged into was flashing green and i dont really understand the info on the right side if anybody could take a look at the info or help me understand it a bit better or any insight to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
have a few extra questions as well in Bluetooth and devices i seem to have a commander core and a commander core xt is this normal? i thought they where the same thing why need two?
in the same settings i have multiples of the same device in other devices which is a receiver for the mouse but it is already listed in input
is this normal?
Thanks in advance
also sorry for the mess of a post
or i can post images of event viewer or anything just on the wing and a prayer chance there is something anybody could notice that might fix it
