i purchased a new game fifa 15 but whenever i try to run it a msg comeup that vbc.exe error-application error.the application was unable to start correctly(0x0000005)click ok to close the application.it also comeup when i turn on my laptop.pls help

It's a virus. Try to delete the virus' files or remove it with an anti-virus. Do you might know how you got it?
