so i have an rx 470 and i found out i have 67DFHB.15.50.0.0.AS53 bios i m not sure if its a mining bios or a normal one and if it is a mining one does it hurt performance?

did you buy the card new? from a reputable seller ? if so most likely its a standard bios and there isnt anything to worry about
