Question VC++ error 0x8007015e solution needed.

Hello people,
I have been facing this problem regarding microsoft redistributables 2012. I have been trying to solve this. I'm not able install, repair, uninstall this particular version. I have tried all the solutions you can name of(googled this problem, found many potential solutions but none seem to work). Any help would be grateful.

   1. Click Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
   2. Click Search > Programs and Features.
2. Select Microsoft C++ Redistributable.
3. Right-click and select Change.
4. In the Microsoft C++ Redistributable Setup page, click Repair.
5. When the setup completes, click Close.

Even this software seems to fail.

Thank you for the response. I have even tried the suggestion you have given, but the setup always fails no matter what I try.

Can you possibly restore your system to an earlier date when it all worked well?

I tried it and apparently the problem still exists. Do you think reinstalling windows would help solve this problem?

There is a way to do this without reinstalling windows but it may be beyond your skill level so you might want to just reinstall windows clean

It requires editing registry. And it still may not work
