[SOLVED] Vccorlib140_app and Vcruntime140_app

I have these 2 folders in my old OS drive and I don't know what they are. Not sure if I should move them to new one or not. Any ideas? I looked online and found some things but as I am not too tech savvy, didn't really help me.

folder or file? did you have file extension turn off?

it just VC++ runtime, should install with whatever app that used it

Two zipped folders. They prob installed for some game maybe. thnks

You may be right, I just found this:

What do runtimes do anyway? They allow some games to work? Should I dl this one?

I think these are all for games that were made using Visual Studio 2013 or 2015.

when you install legit software. all required dll would install with it. when you get something questionable, they might not installed them
