I was overclocking my fx 8320 and when I ended up failing my stability test and started to raise vcore I have noticed that none of the programs I used actually show any increase in core voltage. That's including HWMonitor, CPU-Z, AMD Overdrive and OCCT.
Motherboard : Asus M5A97 R2.0

Solution
That board is a 4+2 power phase design and totally inadequate to overclock an fx 8320. Forget about it. Just be glad if your CPU runs fine @ stock and doesn't throttle. Actually, you could try to take it to 8350 level without a voltage increase, bu that's about it.

So voltages does not change because my board is 4+2 power phase ?

Those voltages may be badly reported, I'm saying that regardless if they change or not, you will not overclock stably on that board. Liek i said, try 8350 level frequencies but don;t up the voltage. It can barely feed teh standard 125W.

Nope it's not stable at 4.0, but it's at 3.9 :) Thanks
