Vcore levels staying aound .5 is that ohkay??

My computer has been repeatedly crashing randomly, it will freeze and i am forced to perform a hard reset. I recent checked my voltage output and the vcore will sit between 0.3 to 0.6 is this too low for my PC. http://imgur.com/a/AS7bH- here is a pic with a few of my stats

That seems pretty low even for an idling i5. I'd check with other software like hwinfo64 or similar, speedfan could be reporting it wrong.

yeap seems to be speedfan was glitching out its now saying vcore is averaging at 1.022 hmmmm not sure what would be causing the freezing then

It could be a number of things. Is it freezing during typical use like web browsing, primarily in games or? Have you tried running memtest to check your ram? What parts are you using, ie cpu, gpu, mobo, ram, psu etc.
