vcruntime140.dll not found and msvcp140.dll not found

Hey so im having this problem where one day i try and open skype and those two run times pop up and say they are missing (may not be important but each notificaiton popped up twice) anyway i reinstalled, repaired, completely deleted and fresh installed vcruntime countless times and that hasnt worked either. I manually downloaded them and inserted them into SysWOW64 with little results, it got rid of the missing .dll but now the application error pops up with error code (0xc000007b) I Couldnt figure out how to fix this so i tried putting the .dll files in the windows > System32 and this did nothing at all. So if anyone has any Removed clue how to fix this that would be amazing.
