Question VDDCR Ryzen 9 3950x at 1.480V on default

Idle temps are at around 45. Is this normal? I’m using Z63 Kraken and TUF x570 PLUS WiFi mobo.

It now stays at around 1.3V, 38C. Not sure what the inital reads were about.
