Vega 56/64 question(s)

I bought an MSI Vega 56 Airboost OC model and flashed it with this BIOS:

Now according to MSI's site here

shows that its core clocks goes up to 1575mhz, however gpu-z shows my core clock at 1663mhz

Good or bad? Card is stable, i have sufficient cooling, i get really good FPS in Destiny 2, was jsut curious as to what everyone here thought.

Question. Can i undervolt this specific card? If so, i've never done so. What settings would i make? i do have MSI afterburner installed and the latest Radeon software
