Question vega 56 benchmark number too low

hey guys i wanted to ask a question.. i got something like 1840 points in the unigine heaven benchmark with my saphire vega 56
everything is maxed completely and res is on 1680 to 1050

i have a ryzen 5 1400
8gb ram 1066
vega 56 saphire undervolted

is this cause of the slow ram? or my cpu maybe?? thx for the advice
