Question vega 56 power concerns

So i want to buy a vega 56(msi air boost oc,powercolor red dragon or asrock phantom)
And will my seasonic m12ii evo 520W be enough.(I plan on underclocking it btw.But can it run out of the box stable?)
r5 2600 oc 4.1ghz

Not stable, not at full load, and not w/o killing the PSU over time, no. The Red Dragon, for example, recommends a 650W min. But then I don't know how much you plan on underclocking, or why.

yea but i call bullshit on that 650 power recommendation. That would mean the card has to pull 300+watts of power which is impossible.(it only has a 150W 8 pin and 75w 6 pin plus 75w pcie)

maybe you could hit that 650 recommendation with a i9 9900k hard oc and rbg out the ass.
