Question Vega 56 Power consumption drop to 10w

Vega 56 Power consumption drop to 10w while stress testing after 10 sec i tried to change bios and also try to update drivers nothing helping
I also underclock it with -50 power still same issue

I5 10400f
16gb ram
Vega 56
1 m.2 128gb
550 watt psu cooler master bronze
1 hdd

I updated my post and also i underclock my gpu with -30power so it was not going up 150w but still same issue after 10 sec
