[SOLVED] Vega 56 Strix coil whine

I just got my new v56 strix, plugged it in and played, pretty audible coilwhine eaven at like 80-120fps, the store i bought it from doesnt approve it to be sent back.

Ive tried undervolting, overvolting, underclocking and overclocking, pretty much everything.

Now, this came to my mind, can it be because of my psu? (its also a brand new one)
Also, im 100% sure its coming from my gpu as ive tested it with a rolled paper to my ear and listened the components.

Specs:
Ryzen 5 2600 stock
RAM: 16gb 2666MHz ddr4
GPU: RX Vega 56 Strix
PSU: SilentiumPC Vero M2

Please someone help, this is driving me insane and this is my first actually good pc build ive made.
Also, vsync does reduce the coil whine but i will not use vsync or frame limiter in a competitive game like CSGO, as i prefer higher frames.

Solution
coil whine i asume is when fps is uncapped in the crimson adrenaline amd driver itself not much to do with the actual game itself ..
