Question Vega 64 black screen after Windows logo ?

I just upgraded from an R9 290x to a Vega 64. The gpu works fine until the windows logo then there's no output. It works fine in the bios and throughout the windows installation, but it goes blank just before the sign in screen. Any ideas?

I would Check to see if your integrated graphics are working (if you have any). Also you may need to Uninstall old drivers to get new card working....

that is not a good sign, I would download and install DDU, run this application in safe mode. then if you can, download adrenaline drivers. if you can do all that you are good. if you're still getting black screen that GPU is likely bad
