Vega 64 extreme stutter

While playing the card works very well for the first 30 minutes or so, but after that the core clock drops to around 600mhz and memory clock drops to 500mhz and games start to stutter a lot. What is the problem?

What’s the gpu temperature when this happens?

When I begin playing a game it stays under 70 celsius, but when this stutter start happens the temps drop to around 50 and fps comes down from 144 to under 60 and the game starts to stutter.

Just figured out that changing from windowed to full screen and back to windowed fixes it, but could this be a driver problem?

Are you using a 750 watt PSU... Are you using 2 seperate PCIe power supply cables to power the Vega Card.... if not - that is most likely the problem!

Yeah I have this too sometimes and ALT-ENTER toggle will fix it. These drivers have TONS of issues I don't care what anyone says. TONS. But hey at least we didn't buy RTX crap lol.
