[SOLVED] Vega 64 not showing display until 2nd boot.

2600x
16gb gskill 2933mhz
Red devil vega 64
850evga bq
Asrock x470 master sli ac

Ok working on a rig and recently acquired a red devil vega 64 used. Prior to the 64 had a nitro vega 56. When booting for first time after period of not using, everything seems to boot, fans spin but no display. I notice that the led on red devil that indicates load doesn't light up. I can hear windows in background. If I hold power button down and power off. Everything is normal on 2nd power up. Wierd right? After that gpu is FINE, passes benchmarks, games fine numbers are good no crashing perfect experience. Except for no display on boot and after waking from sleep as well. Same result in anther pc

Tried:
Reinstalling drivers, wiped with ddu first.
Disabled csm and ulps
Pcie power states settings
Different cables hdmi and dp
Bios switch on gpu
Voltage settings in wattman

ANY ideas?

So this happened in a second system, too?

If so, the Vega 64 is likely the problem. I missed that statement earlier, until i re-read the entire thread again.

Do you still have your previous GPU? If so, does it perform as expected?
