Vegas Pro 13 Not Starting Render

I made a couple of raw edits on videos and added some text with no effects in Vegas.
When I tried hitting the Render As option, it keeps crashing and closing.

It doesn't even open up the rendering preset menu or the tab which shows the various render formats.

Pretty weird.
Any ideas?

Also, my graphic drivers are up to date and .NET framework 4's installed.
