Verify drivers slow computer now

Have to do this in mobile now, but I had 2 different blue screens from a driver either Logitech c920 driver or an obs type of program or something else happend anyways after doing the driver verify program as suggested system and compressed memory is taking up 33% of my cpu usage "i5 4690k" and I don't know what's wrong

system and compressed memory is using alot of my cpu, and i'm sure it's the problem my specs and computer parts are in my bio, my computer is super laggy now I ran a virus check and nothing showed up, I updated windows 10 and nothing changed so i'm not sure whats going on.
