Verify if the gigabyte ga-z97x-sli motherboard is good or too cheep???

I will buy a new PC and I would like yo know if the motherboard gigabyte ga-z97x-sli is compatible and work well with my components and if it is a good motherboard or a too cheap one.

Here's my configuration:

- Cooler master haf 922 case
- intel core i7 4790k cpu
- cooler master hyper 212 evo cpu cooler
- seagate barracuda 1tb hard drive
- gigabyte geforce gtx 760 4gb, version 2,0
- Corsair vengeance 16gb momery
- kingston hyper x 3k ssd
- windows 7 pro
- cyberpower green watts 1350VA (810w) ups
- seagate expansion 3tb external hdd
- antec high current gamer 620 watts psu
