[citation][nom]calmstateofmind[/nom]How can Verizon set a record with 9.8 million if AT&T set the same record with 10 million?[/citation]

It's their own record.

"Higher mix of Apple phones" do you mean people actually went out and gobbled up the iPhone 5? What a shock. Are android phones still being sold 2:1 over the iphone? If i were an investor in Verizon i would want to hear that the profit-rich iphone were back in the lead, but i suspect thats not the case. Cheapo Android, ftw.

My guess is since Verizon also has its first free iPhone (with contract), much of that is iPhone 4 sales as well.
