Verizon plan vs. all others

I currently have a verizon phone plan, but feel like I'm getting ripped off. I've looked at straight talk, but it's a high rate to pay for a phone, but cheaper for monthly plan. What plan would someone recommend (best value for $), given that verizon has the best service in our area? or am I stuck with Verizon?

Depending on where you live T mobile is the best. I have 4 lines with unlimited everything (data, text, calling) and I pay 163.76 a month (includes taxs and fees). Been with them since Jan 2013, never been happier. IMHO any carrier that doesn't offer unlimited data is a rip off. But like i said it maters where you live since t mobile does not have a large coverage area like AT&T and verizon. I don't mention sprint because they suck and are way too slow. Also going to T mobile might be a problem seeing as you are using Verizon which does not use GSM so you can't use your current phone or phones.
