verizon settlement for Dutchess County?

It was stated on the radio today that said there had been a settlement
between VZW and customers in Dutchess County, because we've had so
many cases of dropped calls and no signal. I searched all over but
haven't found any articles. Has anyone heard of this?

It refers to Verizon, though, not to Verizon Wireless.
