VersionTech EACH G2000 headset PS4 speach output not working

Hi. I have this headset and I am connecting it with my PS4. I als have this adaptor to combine the red and green cable for ingoing and outgoing sound BUT the outgoing sound or voice is not working. my friend are not hearing me when I am saying something but I can hear them. If I plug it with PC everying is fine and great with chatting but on PS4 I only have the incoming sound.

Who can help me with this? Sorry for my bad english as I am native german.

Have you tried using an adapter like this to connect to your PS4 controller? Th USB connection is meant to power the LED's while the 3.5mm jacks are for the audio in/out.
