Vertical clear lines running down screen?

Randomly when I wake my pc up from sleep mode I get this.

Dont know the cause but this is the second time this has occurred. It feels like looking through beer goggles. Anyways, it goes away after I reboot the PC. It has been weeks and it just happened again im a bit worried as to what it could be. I have ruled out the monitor for starters. Brought up the menu on the monitor and saw there were no lines, but lines in windows. Ive played mutliple games since the first time it occurred and no issues. I wanna know what you guys think I don't have many spare parts on hand to check what it could possibly be. Also, monitor is a Dell S2716DG.

Can you see if uninstalling and reinstalling your GPU drivers changes this issue? Also make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard/laptop.

I have seen this with a loose cable from the graphics card. I suggest you plug the Displayport into another socket on your card.
