Vertical gray line on the screen

I have purchased HP Laptop HP630 in Oct 2011. Four gray lines showing in my laptop. Kindly suggest me for repair/ remove the lines.

Return the laptop to HP. You have a hardware failure. This is the horizontal video amplifier, it's stopped working. The motherboard needs to be replaced. Sorry.
