Question Vertical lines on the screen. Almost invisible at 50hz and clearly visible at 75hz

It's not a software problem. The same lines I see on BIOS.

Is my monitor requires to replace the screen or maybe it's something else?

Its usually a monitor hardware failure. You could try and plug in another device to rule out a bad cable or port on your GPU but I'm leaning towards the monitor itself. If it's still under warranty contact AOC and see if they will replace it.
