well i was reading about vertical synch and triple buffering and i still don't know if it is worth having both on or only one from these two choices. Without them on i have above the normal FPS is it worth having them on both??
i got a GIGABYTE GEFORCE GTX650 TI BOOST GV-N65TBOC-2GD 2GB GDDR5 PCI-E RETAIL with dual monitor. thanks for your time!

Triple buffering only works on OpenGL games, so it's not a real big impact either way, even if you are playing one of the rare OpenGL games.

In any event, it's supposed to reduce mouse/input lag when VSync is enabled. Fortunately, you have Adaptive VSync available, which also eliminates input lag. Your best setting then, if you choose to enable VSync, is to enable Adaptive VSync.

Triple buffering will likely make no difference, so I recommend leaving it off, unless you have an input lag problem, then play around with it.
