"Vertical Tearing" on all videos in any website.

Hello to all,

There is "Vertical Tearing" while watching any videos, I think it happened after updating Google Chrome to V54.
It happens only in Google chrome, I tried a lot of things to fix this but nothing works.

I tried all of these:
1- Tried in Incognito mode
2- Clearing cache, cookies, all windows temp files.
3- Unchecked Use hardware acceleration. and Turning off "Smooth Scrolling"
4- Resetting the Chrome browser
5- Tried in Chrome Canary
6- Tried in Safe mode with networking
7- Reinstall GPU driver "Latest AMD driver"

Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit "Dell Inspiron 5521 i7"

I really need help with this issue please. Thank you!

Have you tried downgrading back to pre-Chrome 54? If that fixes the problem, then the problem is in Chrome -- & almost certain to be a Chrome issue, if the other browsers aren't having an issue.

Hi spdragoo, I didn't but I downloaded Chrome Canary it is version 57 and it have the same problem. Anyway I will try to downgrade to 54 now but do you know from where can I download v54?
