Hi, last time i build pc was in 2008, and times have changed a lot. This will be not for 100 % gaming, but more like programming and video editing.

That i3 isn't worth the added cost, vs an i3 8100. 120gb ssd is useless. Video editing typically is a multithreaded process, so a Ryzen 5 would be a better choice.

Solution
For your budget you can have a better PC. For video editing, more threads are better (12 threads in Ryzen 2600 vs 4 threads in Core-i3). Also for gaming, RX570 is more better choice over Gtx1050ti.
