Very annoying updates

Everytime I shut down or start my pc, it does a windows update. I have the service "Windows Update" disabled and it still updates without my permission. I disabled it because it can't update, but neither do I want to. It updates, and then it says the update has failed and it's undoing its changes. It gets stuck on this screen forever till I hold the power button. Everytime I get these updates, and they fail. I have to rollback my pc and I don't want to.

How can I completely disable windows updates and it won't update on shut down or boot either or fix this issue with this one little corrupted windows update? Is there a way to skip it? I can delete the update but then when I shut down my pc, it re-installs itself again .-.

OS: Windows 10 Home

Update: It's my lucky day, the system restores I made are corrupt. Can't do anything now! f* great.

You cannot disable windows 10 updates, you can however schedule them to download and install at a convenient time.

This is what happens when you don't do updates when you should. If there are too many and stomping on each other you get problems like this.

That's actually not true at all. You can disable update's via task scheduler.

I don't do the updates because it crashes -.-

You need to update your computer and then keep your computer up to date.
